• Standard is the only package that supports the ISDN service.
• The allowance covers all call types. Each call type has its own value which is decremented from the allowance. Once all of the allowance has been used, out of allowance rates apply.
• Minimum term is 12-months, if the service is deactivated before completion of the minimum term an ETF the equivalent of the remainder of the months to complete the minimum term will be charged.
• Once the minimum term has been completed, 12-months from the activation date, the contract will continue on a month to month basis.

• The Pro family of plans do not support the ISDN service.

• Inmarsat require a minimum of 4 weeks notice to create longer term plans; plans will be made available for the 1st of the next bill period. Example, if a plan is requested on the 16th January, it will be available for activation from the 1st of March.
• Minimum term is 3/12/24 or 36-months, if the service is deactivated before completion of the minimum term an ETF the equivalent of the remainder of the months to complete the minimum terms will be charged.
• Once the minimum term has been completed, 3/12/24 or 36-months from the activation date, the contract will continue on a month to month basis.

• The Flex family of plans do not support the ISDN service.
• Flex plans have SAC-C. The SAC-C service will employ sophisticated monitoring of the allowance and will vary the Quality of Service (QoS) experienced by an individual connection so that the usage remains within the purchased allowance. The QoS (speed) will be reduced to 32kbps once 95% of the monthly allowance has been consumed, the service will remain on this level until the start of the next billing period.
• Minimum term is 3/12/24 or 36-months, if the service is deactivated before completion of the minimum term an ETF the equivalent of the remainder of the months to complete the minimum terms will be charged.
• Once the minimum term has been completed, 3/12/26 or 36-months from the activation date, the contract will continue on a month to month basis.
• Flex Plan - More commitment terms available

• The basic monthly fee will appily every month with one of the additial subscription charges applied if there is usage that matches one of the MB ranges.

• Fair Usage Policy (FUP). The FUP is the key enabler in providing a fixed monthly fee option when used with Inmarsat's Service Aware Control and Charging (SAC-C). There is no charge for Standard IP overage, but the Quality of Service (QoS) is restricted once the FUP limit is reached. The QoS (speed) will be reduced to 32kbps once 95% of the 30,000MB allowance has been consumed, the service will remain on this level until the start of the next billing period.

• Service can be used in: Peoples Republic of China, Russia and South America.
• South America consists of Argentina, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, French Guiana, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Uruguay and Venezuela.

• 2 .5GB, QOS applied at 2.25GB the speed is reduced to 128kbps, 2.37GB the speed is reduced to 64kbps, 2.45GB the speed is reduced to 20kbps and 2.5GB the speed is reduced to 8kbps.
• 5 GB, QOS applied at 4.5GB the speed is reduced to 128kbps, 4.7GB the speed is reduced to 64kbps, 4.9GB the speed is reduced to 20kbps and 5GB the speed is reduced to 8kbps.
• 1 0GB, QOS applied at 9GB the speed is reduced to 128kbps, 9.5GB the speed is reduced to 64kbps, 9.75GB the speed is reduced to 20kbps and 10GB the speed is reduced to 8kbps.
• 3 0GB QOS applied at 27GB the speed is reduced to 128kbps, 28.5GB the speed is reduced to 64kbps, 29.4GB the speed is reduced to 20kbps and 30GB the speed is reduced to 8kbps.
• 6 0GB QOS applied at 54GB the speed is reduced to 128kbps, 57GB the speed is reduced to 64kbps, 58.8GB the speed is reduced to 20kbps and 60GB the speed is reduced to 8kbps.
• 9 0GB QOS applied at 81GB the speed is reduced to 128kbps, 85.5GB the speed is reduced to 64kbps, 88.2GB the speed is reduced to 20kbps and 90GB the speed is reduced to 8kbps.
• Link plans have low priority on the network, this means in times of congestion, speeds may be affected.

Link plans now offer full 'in-country' mobility. They are only available to use in the authorised countries below:

• Monthly subscription charges are prorated in the month of activation, are charged in advance and will be charged a full billing month on deactivation regardless of what date in the month the service is deactivated.
• If an activation is made in the middle of a calendar month both the subscription fee and allowance are prorated.
• A service can be upgraded at any time or in line with the next billing period. A new minimum period will apply once upgraded. For mid-month
• For packages with a quarterly or annual allowance. Pay one fee and have access to all the allowance which can be used at any time during the contract period. Any unused data at the end of the contract period is lost.

• SCAPs can be used for single organisations such as a Fleet, a Government body or a Corporation. Not to be used across multiple end users or organisations.
