SIM Card Activation

Upon receipt of your instructions we will activate the SIM card and contact you by email with the satellite phone number as soon as we can. Please note this process can take up to 1 hour with Iridium, Inmarsat and Bluesat activations and up to 2 hours with Thuraya activations so please be sure to give us plenty of notice of your required activation date. I understand that some activations can take up to 4 hours to be completed. BLUESAT will provide me with my phone number once this process has taken place.
Please note that upon requesting activation of your prepaid airtime you are agreeing that we can start providing your network services before the end of the usual statutory cancellation period and that by doing so you lose your right to cancel your purchase of the prepaid airtime or request a refund. As a result, please check that you have ordered the correct airtime for your handset or terminal. BLUESAT collects this information only for use in completing your activation request. We will not use your information for marketing purposes (unless you have opted in separately) or share it with companies outside of BLUESAT. Please see our Privacy Policy for further information.
