Redemption Rules for the 30 day extension voucher :
30 day extension will automatically start at expiry of the existing balance.
More than one voucher can be applied at once, the cumulative value of the days will be added together and applied.
Extension vouchers can only be applied if the existing balance is greater than zero units.
Redemption Rules of all other vouchers:
Upon redemption of a voucher, the units will be added to the existing balance on the subscription and the expiry date of the units will be the date falling at the end of the balance extension period from the redemption of a voucher or the existing balance expiry date on the subscription, whichever is later.
If multiple vouchers are added in a single transaction, the validity of just one of the vouchers will be added to the service, this will be whichever validity is the highest.
Voucher Removal
If a voucher is added to a service in error, it can be removed free of charge if removed within 72 hours, if removal is after 72 hours and up to 60 days there is a charge. Vouchers cannot be removed after 60 days or if they have had any usage. (Please contact your account manager to request voucher removal

Please note that although this rate plan covers two services: IsatPhone Pro and IsatPhone Link and each service has its own dedicated SIM version, ie the IsatPhone Pro SIM will not work in an IsatPhone Link.
